LAYAWAY POLICY

When item is placed in layaway, Minglin Jewelers will expect a deposit of approximately 15% of total.
Customer must decide if payments will be made every week or every two weeks.
If payments are made each week, payment must be at least 10% of remaining balance.
If payments are made every two weeks, payment must be at least 15% of remaining balance.
If a layaway is cancelled, customer will receive in store credit only. There will be no cash refunds on cancelled layaways and will be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee of amount paid.
Layaways are to be paid in full and merchandise received by customer within a ninety day time period, unless other arrangements are made.

RETURN POLICY

Minglin Jewelers will gladly exchange any stock item purchased from us, providing it is in new condition.
Exchanges or credits will not be accepted on special orders, altered or custom items or sale items. This includes rings that have been sized or worn.
All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt.
All boxes and instructions must be included with watch returns.

We also offer up to one year interest free Financing Options.
